Brown-Headed Nuthatches are frequent visitors of my feeders from fall to early spring seasons. They are not so much afraid human and after they have recognized a person who gave them their food every day, they tend to fly down to the very close place as you can see on my pictures. I took these two pictures by myself. I held my camera with my right hand while I held feed plate with my left hand.
Brown-Headed Nuthatches are small birds (actually they are one of the world smallest nuthatch species) and their tails are very short and it make them relatively rounder shapes. These specific appearance make them so cute especially when they flew down to a close place.
