This photo is Butcher’s Broom. Butcher’s Broom is a little bit funny and strange name as a name of plant for me. This plant is also known as Box Holly, Sweet Broom, Knee Holly and these are much more normal for me.
Even though the name of this shrub is funny, Butcher’s Broom is being used in medical area in several ways and also young shoots are often treated as vegetable in many countries.
Fortune’s Osmanthus
Fortune’s Osmanthus is evergreen shrub and grows up to 6m (20 feet) height and width and forms dense oval shape in full sun or partial shade area. Even though the flowers of this shrub are tiny white color, they have good fragrance and you can easily find them when they bloom in autumn.
Creeping Juniper
Creeping Juniper is great evergreen ground cover plant. It grows 0.6m (2 feet) height and 3m (10feet) width in full sun and relatively dry area, and it is easy to take care of it. So the important point for planting Creeping Juniper is to keep wide enough area for each of it, never plant it in dense condition.
