Sedum Telephium
Sedum Telephium is a perennial low maintenance plant and grows up to 60cm (2 feet) height and width. Sedum Telephium blooms showy pink cluster flowers in late spring to autumn and attract bees and butterflies well. And this plant is often used as ground cover, border, pot, and rock garden plant.

Flowers of Thunberg Spirea Fujino Pink
Thunberg Spirea is deciduous shrub and has cluster white flowers in early spring. This shrub is native to Japan as you can guess from the cultivar name “Fuji-no Pink”. Thunberg Spirea grows about 1.5m (5 feet) height and width in full sun or partial shade area and need pruning for keeping shape. Thunberg Spirea Fujino Pink is drought tolerant shrub and well attracts bees and butterflies.
Leaves of Longstalk Holly
Longstalk Holly is evergreen shrub or tree and grows up to 6m (20 feet) height and width. The berries have long stalk as name indicate (sorry when I took this Longstalk Holly picture, there are only a few berries under leaves and I couldn’t take good photo for them). This shrub attracts bees and butterflies well. So if you like these insects, plant this holly in your yard.
Globe Thistle and a Bumble Bee
Globe Thistle is an easy to grow flower. It need full sun or partial shade with moderate water. Globe Thistle grows 150cm (5 feet) high and wide and has light blue color round flowers at the tops of stems.
Maybe the bee in the picture is a bumblebee. Globe Thistle attract bees and butterflies well.
