Eucomis-Sparkling Burgundy is wonderful summer plant. You can enjoy beautiful color of its large foliages (which gradually change their color) and grayish pink flowers which bloom along the stalk in summer season. Eucomis “Sparkling Burgundy” grows up to 60cm (2 feet) height and width and prefers full sun and in well drained soil area. This plant is very easy to grow bulb plant except winter coldness. So if you are living cold area, plant them in pots and move to warm place in winter season, or just dig out the bulbs before winter and plant them in spring again.
