Flower of Gardenia

Gardenia is an evergreen shrub and blooms strong fragrant white flowers in early summer. There are over 140 Gardenia species over the world and most of them grow 2m (6~7 feet) height and width. This plant is loved by many gardeners because of its fragrance. In Japan also Gardenia is popular and we call it as “Kuchinashi (梔子)” and we have popular song of “Kuchinashi”. Hosta Flowers

Hosta has several species and they have lily-like flowers even though they are not one of lily species. And not only Hostas Bloom beautiful flowers, but also their leaves are beautiful. So many gardeners, they plant Hostas for their leaves.

And most of all Hosta like wet or moist area so if you want to plant Hosta in your garden, you have to select such area for this plant.
