Fruits of Fragrant Snowbell
These green fruits are young ones of Fragrant Snowbell. We call this tree as 白雲木 (haku un boku) in Japan. 白雲木 means “tree of white cloud” because when the white flower bloomed fully, the tree looks like white cloud from distance. You can see the flower picture of Fragrant Snowbell here.
