Begonia is a popular flowering perennial plant. There are more than 1500 cultivated species in the world and not only we can enjoy their showy colorful flowers, also some of them have beautiful unique leaves. Even though the origins of most species of Begonia are tropical and subtropical regions of the world such as Africa, South Asia and Central and South America, they can be easily hybridized and created many cultivars.
